Vapor Intrusion Specialists was selected as the vapor intrusion design and installation expert for a large industrial building in Rochester, Michigan that was in the process of being converted to commercial use by an industrial real estate trust that purchases, remediates, renovates, and leases industrial sites.

This building required 1 sub-slab depressurization system for the vapor intrusion mitigation with one fan and five extraction points.
